The MR-702 is a 7-channel rackmount audio mixer designed to meet the specific needs of audio professionals. Its robust construction and versatility make it a central component in numerous installations, from conference sound systems to events. Thanks to its intuitive interface and comprehensive features, it offers great flexibility of use and extensive connectivity to integrate seamlessly into an existing audio setup.

Flexible connectivity to adapt to all needs
Equipped with a multitude of inputs and outputs, the MR-702 offers exceptional integration flexibility. Channels 1 to 5 each have a balanced XLR microphone input, switchable to an unbalanced RCA line input to support a wide variety of audio devices, with individual gain control. Channel A, designed to connect a mixing console or any balanced audio source, has a pair of 6.35 mm inputs on the rear panel and a TRS input on the front panel to easily play audio from an audio device. The M channel (Priority Microphone) is optimized to deliver a priority microphone signal over other audio channels.
The main output, in balanced XLR and Euroblock format, has an output level limiter and is complemented by a recorder output in RCA format.

Advanced features for precise control
Beyond its basic mixing capabilities, the MR-702 integrates advanced features that make it a powerful and customizable tool. The emergency signal input, in Euroblock format, ensures that priority announcements will always be audible, overriding all other audio sources when a signal is detected on this input. The M channel microphone priority, with its adjustable talkover via the front and rear panels, allows speech to take precedence over music, which is useful for delivering a message without completely interrupting the music.
For advanced users, it is possible to configure the activation of phantom power on channels 1 to 5, on the M channel, and the deactivation of all microphones when an emergency signal is received via jumpers on the device PCB.

The 1U rackmount format allows for easy integration into any audio equipment rack, facilitating its installation in service cabinets or bays.

- Channels 1 to 5: switchable balanced TRS microphone input and unbalanced RCA line input

- Channels 1 to 5 controls: gain, mic/line switch, level, 2-band EQ

- Channel A (FoH): 2 balanced TRS jack inputs, and 1 3.5 mm minijack input, automatically switched when a source is connected

- Channel A controls: level

- Channel M (Microphone Priority): balanced TRS jack microphone input

- Channel M controls: gain, talkover attenuation control, talkover threshold

- Talkover setting on channel M to automatically lower the music level during a microphone announcement

- Emergency input (Euroblock format): deactivates the broadcasting of all sources via the main output when a signal is detected on this input, and broadcasts the emergency message.

- Output Mute: mutes the main output by short-circuiting the contacts.

- Advanced settings via jumpers on PCB: phantom powering of channel 1 - 5 microphones, phantom powering of channel M microphone, emergency microphone priority (muting of all other microphones when an emergency signal is received on the Emergency input)

- Main outputs: 2 balanced TRS jacks and 1 Euroblock

- Main output controls: overall volume, maximum output level, Mono switch for summing main output to mono
